How do you market my property?

We market your property with a detailed online listing featuring high‑quality photos and a compelling description, syndicate it across major rental sites, and promote it in a mobile‑friendly format with optional video or virtual tours to drive more showings.

What is your tenant screening process?

We use a thorough screening process that includes a full credit check, criminal and eviction background search, income verification, and contact with prior landlords to confirm rental history and behavior.

Do you provide an online portal, and what can I see there?

Yes, we provide an online owner portal where you can log in 24/7 to see real‑time financials, monthly statements, rent payments, maintenance activity, key documents, and other details about your property’s performance.

How and when do I get paid?

We send owner disbursements every month by electronic deposit directly to your bank account, typically after the rent clears and we’ve paid any approved expenses for that period.
