What are your management fees?
Our management fee is 10% of the monthly rent, and we also charge a leasing fee equal to 50% of the first month’s rent and a 25% fee for lease renewals.
How do you handle maintenance?
We handle maintenance in‑house with a full‑time maintenance team, and we bill for their time on service calls. This allows us to respond quickly, maintain consistent quality, and keep you informed about both the work performed and the associated costs.
How do you market my property?
We market your property with a detailed online listing featuring high‑quality photos and a compelling description, syndicate it across major rental sites, and promote it in a mobile‑friendly format with optional video or virtual tours to drive more showings.
What is your tenant screening process?
We use a thorough screening process that includes a full credit check, criminal and eviction background search, income verification, and contact with prior landlords to confirm rental history and behavior.
Do you provide an online portal, and what can I see there?
Yes, we provide an online owner portal where you can log in 24/7 to see real‑time financials, monthly statements, rent payments, maintenance activity, key documents, and other details about your property’s performance.
How and when do I get paid?
We send owner disbursements every month by electronic deposit directly to your bank account, typically after the rent clears and we’ve paid any approved expenses for that period.
